RESTORE Plymouth Meeting, PA has consistently provided a customer‑centered, health‑focused experience. The entire team is professional, friendly, and genuinely empathetic to my current health concerns. Tina, the lead nurse, is my go‑to resource for discussing which IV ingredients will best support my needs. She doesn’t just make suggestions—she talks through options based on my previous results and how I’ve responded in the past. All of the part‑time nurses I’ve worked with have also been well‑informed about my treatment history before reviewing the therapy I’ve requested. The front desk team is equally professional and welcoming. They often recommend treatments (compression, red-light, etc.) that may be a good fit for me, keep me informed of upcoming specials, and always make sure I’m scheduled before I leave. Morgan, the onsite esthetician, is excellent. I genuinely look forward to my skin treatments with her. I’ve suffered from chronic hives for years and have always been hesitant about facials, but Morgan’s expertise and her professional, empathetic approach made me feel comfortable from day one. My treatments with her are both relaxing and truly beneficial. My skin feels radiant afterward, and friends often comment that I’m glowing. As the store manager, Steve plays a key role in everything I’ve experienced at RESTORE. He keeps the location running smoothly and ensures that he and his entire staff remain engaged in my care. His leadership is reflected in the professionalism, empathy, and consistency I receive from every team member—from the nurses to the front desk to the esthetics team.

They have such a broad assortment of preventative treatments. I like the core services alot but the other treatments have caught my attention. What makes this place so nice is the staff, so professional and helpful . This is a very well run operation all the way around.
