I appreciate the friendly staff, cleanliness of the facility, as well as the ability to book a service last-minute or on the spot (when available). I recently enjoyed chatting with another member who was receiving the same service as I was. It was refreshing connecting with other members who also prioritize their health and wellness. My only tiny recommendation would be to consider the addition of a hair dryer to use after stepping out of the infrared sauna.
