Everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly. I had no clue what I needed when I walked in but I knew I needed help. My doctor suggested I try a drip as an added boost to my immune system. When I walked I was overwhelmed and unsure of what to do. Everyone so extremely helpful and walked me through everything. They helped me pick the very best things for me to help me feel better. What I loved about this place is it was all about me and my health and not a sales pitch. Everyone just wanted me to feel better. I have had two drips and feel like a million bucks! I trust whatever Ruby and her staff tell me! They even followed up the next day to check on me and to make sure I was feeling okay. They truly are about making you feel better.

The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Also the nurse who administered my IV did it incredibly well and politely recommended what would help my hangover symptoms in a way that felt it was with care. Fantastic experience and really left feeling much better.

I love the services on offer, and I love the warm and welcoming atmosphere at the West Grey location when I go, which is frequently! I benefit greatly from the services you offer, especially cryotherapy, and I enjoy chatting with other clients, especially when I'm having a drip with Ruby! I could not imagine living without my regular visits for your services. I love the staff and consider them my family. Thank you!
