I’ve had a wonderful experience at Restore in North Scottsdale. I regularly use cryotherapy and red light therapy, and both have made a noticeable difference in helping with inflammation and recovery. Over time, I’ve really felt the benefits, both physically and overall in how I feel day to day. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful, which makes every visit easy and welcoming. This has been one of the most positive changes I’ve made for my self-care and wellness. I’ve been going for over a year now and plan to continue. The benefits are many, and I’m grateful to have Restore as part of my routine.

I just had the IV treatment along with hip compressions, and the experience was amazing. The staff was super friendly and made the whole process really easy and comfortable. Everything was smooth from start to finish, and I walked out feeling noticeably better, refreshed, and recovered.
