I was incredibly impressed with the manager at this location. He was friendly, knowledgeable, empathetic, and respectful. As a female, I really appreciated his calm and caring presence. I booked an appointment close to closing, so I was expecting things to be a little bit rushed to get me in and out so they could close up and go home especially since it was a Saturday however, the manager thoroughly went over the service with me and made sure I understood the benefits as well as the process and outcomes. He also took the time to show me the other available services at the facility for future visits. The smallest details mattered to him which made me feel valued. For example, he made sure to find a robe in my size and get me a trinket bowl to hold my jewelry. He was also very respectful about my health conditions. He asked me to explain my symptoms and experience in my own words so he understood and wasn’t making assumptions. I find that very rare even with doctors and nurses so I was very impressed by his demeanor.

I have a work trip from Maui to Pittsburgh had a chance to give a love to my body with IV. It was grateful and felt better after hard work and time zone changed. Staff very nice, she had Aloha service.

Julian was a wonderful nurse on a morning I wasn't feeling 100%. He made me feel comfortable, and was super knowledgeable about everything in my IV. He answered any questions I had and made sure that I left feeling better than I walked in!

Super sweet staff. My buddy and I came in last minute and were running late to where they potentially could have had to possibly stay past their scheduled work hours. There were four women in there and all were fantastic. Got us in and worked around us and still treated us with care knowing that we could have had them working into their personal time. Amber, Bria and the two other ladies who checked us all in were all phenomenal. Professional, very kind, clean and inviting environment. Awesome staff!

When I reached out to four potential providers in Pittsburgh, the staff at Restore were the only ones to respond quickly and offer me an actionable plan for therapy. I appreciate the flexibility of not having to schedule an appointment for certain therapies, such as the Cryotherapy. In fact, this was my first time with such therapy, despite knowing about the benefits; I look forward to future sessions. A+ recommended, aka 10 out of 10, aka 5 stars.
