What’s good: knowledgeable staff and the product is solid. What needs improvement and this is consistent across visits - SHARE THIS WITH OWNERSHIP: Facility should not book 6 simultaneous drips and give patient 6 a stool for their legs. Other patients need to shower and observe basic hygiene when coming in. The stench of the person next to me made me want to take a shower. Silence is golden - if you come in as a couple that doesn’t mean the 3rd needs to hear about your problems.
