What needs improvement and this is consistent across visits - SHARE THIS WITH OWNERSHIP:
Facility should not book 6 simultaneous drips and give patient 6 a stool for their legs.
Other patients need to shower and observe basic hygiene when coming in. The stench of the person next to me made me want to take a shower.
Silence is golden - if you come in as a couple that doesn’t mean the 3rd needs to hear about your problems.
Amazing location and out of this world customer service. The staff is always attentive in providing me top notch individualized service making me feel complete when I leave. Austin and Gisselle were awesome and took care of me and my husband before the Austin Marathon! I’ve worked for a few different Restore locations myself so I was really excited that this location was so awesome and we will visit again if we come back to Austin :)

Everyone was super friendly and informative. The staff really know their products/offers. It was a super relaxing environment. I definitely would recommend them, and if you get a membership, they have locations nationwide!
