All of the staff is very friendly. The facility is clean and I enjoy coming in to get my treatments. Krystle who does the facials is outstanding! Besides going above and beyond to be friendly and saying hello and doing whatever she can to make you feel comfortable when you walk in she gives the best facial I have ever had! I owned a spa and the only thing I would change is getting a better facial chair or at least massage bed. The one that they have is the cheapest hardest bed I’ve ever been on it’s very uncomfortable and for older clientele they can’t lay flat and there’s no bolsters there. I must say that Krystle makes every attempt to make you comfortable, but there’s only so much you can do with the equipment.
