Peyton was an absolute delight. Was super helpful and informative for my first time doing anything of this nature for wellness and recovery. As an above knee amputee, she went above and beyond to assist with my comfort and mobility navigating the machines and devices, specifically, the total body IR light, followed by the cryo machine, both of which involved standing.

The services are wonderful! I went in for the first time today and feel very refreshed, rejuvenated, and satisfied with my experience. The staff were also so sweet and I loved that I could listen to a song in the cryotherapy. Each room/service has lots of privacy and cleanliness which are very important things for these kinds of places. I'm very happy with having decided to get a membership and will be going to restore everyday to help my body heal and grow.
