Its taken a while, but I think you have your groove down with the front desk. I love Hank and I just met Houston (I think that is what his name is). Super personable, and I am liking the additional packages/specials Hank always tells me about, so I have purchased a few more. I was feeling under the weather a few months ago, and the Nurse fixed me up with a perfect IV ( I didn't know what to choose), but I had some congestion and by the end of the IV, it was already breaking up. I love that this is so close to home.
