The staff were exceptionally welcoming, knowledgeable, and easy to relate to, which made our experience there great. During our visit, my daughter and I explored Cryotherapy, Red Light Therapy, and Compression treatments. I must say, we felt relaxed and rejuvenated after chilling like villains, glowing with health, and compressing our stress away! Overall, it was a fantastic mother-daughter day.
