First of all, BOTH employees were very friendly and had time to spend explaining everything to me. I could see them "juggling" other appointments, but I don't want it to sound like it felt crowded. I just think they know how to make a high volume of people feel welcome and they really seemed to like their jobs.
I came in on a freebie guest pass, and I even had to reschedule last-minute the day before. I assumed I would be dragged through a "sales tour" prior to my appt (or maybe after), but I wasn't. They gave me the service I asked for, and asked me if I wanted a tour only when I peppered them with questions.
Long story short, I signed up for a monthly membership. I really hope the results show in a few months (my friend who referred me assures me they will), but even if I personally decide the results aren't enough to warrant a membership, I have to say that I would still recommend it to people who want to try it.
Also, I totally hope the results pan out, because there are not a lot of places to address health and wellness concerns pre-emptively, and really get a head of our day-to-day wellbeing before they are "Doctor worthy" and covered by insurance!

I was greeted with a smile and welcomed. I was promptly escorted to my service area. Check out was easy and quick. In a busy world, it's great to know I can still squeeze in some "me" time and benefit my health. Highly recommend.
Very friendly, competent and efficient staff. I’ve been in about 8-10 times for IV drips, without any complications or delay, even when I don’t make an appointment in advance.
