Front staff and clinical staff are always Hospitable and always explaining and providing you knowledge on what you may need for your visit and always willing to get you some water and advise you of the free snacks. And they don’t try to push services on you that you can’t afford and they always are respectful and mindful of everybody’s financial situation or budget and I personally appreciate that. We have been going to Vinings, and the customer services there is just lacking. We like the fact that you can use credits towards the hyperbaric chamber at the Westside store. Madeline who did my facial was absolutely wonderful. You can't even find an appointment for a facial at the Vinings store. So we are excited about switching to Westside to try their services in a much more welcoming and helpful atmosphere.
