I love how friendly and helpful everyone was here. Every step of the cryotherapy process was explained to me which was extremely helpful. I am definitely planning on returning here. I have been seeking alternative methods of help for this back pain after being rear ended by a car almost 2 years ago. After this one trial session it was immediately helpful, just that quick. So I will be back!

Always knowledgeable, helpful , friendly. I enjoy coming and only wish I more money so I could come more often. I said if I ever win the lotto this is one of the investments I would make is to Restore.

The customer service was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and valued. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I had everything I needed. It’s rare to find such a dedicated team that truly cares about their customers. Front staff and clinical staff are always Hospitable and always explaining and providing you knowledge on what you may need for your visit and always willing to get you some water and advise you of the free snacks. And they don’t try to push services on you that you can’t afford and they always are respectful and mindful of everybody’s financial situation or budget and I personally appreciate that. We have been going to Vinings, and the customer services there is just lacking. We like the fact that you can use credits towards the hyperbaric chamber at the Westside store. Madeline who did my facial was absolutely wonderful. You can't even find an appointment for a facial at the Vinings store. So we are excited about switching to Westside to try their services in a much more welcoming and helpful atmosphere.
