I used the infrared sauna twice. I felt good afterwards but that may have been because it felt so good to get out of the sauna and cool down. There are allegedly many benefits to doing it, but I think it's something that needs to be done on a regular basis in order to reap the benefits. The venue itself was very clean and the staff were very nice and they weren't pushy which I appreciated. I would definitely go back.
