What a hidden gem...at least for me!
I happily travel 30 minutes to visit Restore in Morristown, and it's always worth the trip. With four kids and a constantly changing schedule, their team is incredibly flexible and always accommodating, whether it's a last-minute change or squeezing me in on a busy day.
Everyone is warm, friendly, and genuinely invested in your wellness. They’re always recommending new modalities to try, which has kept things fresh and exciting throughout my journey.
It’s more than just a wellness center...it’s become a key part of my self-care routine and overall well-being. Highly recommend!

I used the infrared sauna twice. I felt good afterwards but that may have been because it felt so good to get out of the sauna and cool down. There are allegedly many benefits to doing it, but I think it's something that needs to be done on a regular basis in order to reap the benefits.
The venue itself was very clean and the staff were very nice and they weren't pushy which I appreciated. I would definitely go back.
