Nice people and I like the services which is why I always rate the Northville location high. With that said I thought I had 2 services remaining from a pack I bought but I was charged. I was there on 7/18 and did compression and whole body cryo thinking I had 2 services remaining. When I was told they were all used I bought a 3 pack. I would like 2 credits added back please. My history shows I bought a 5 pack and a 3 pack and I only used 6 before this visit. Thanks. [NAME REMOVED]
