The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. My first time. Rich greeted me at the front desk. He answered all my questions and offered other information with a great smile. Edna joined our conversation and showed me around the facility. The facility is clean, and the atmosphere has a great vibe. All positive. Rich suggested the premium facial that was on sale. The esthetician, Jamie, was remarkably friendly and explained what she's doing for each step. My face was glowing, and I felt great! When I returned home, everyone asked me what am I doing? I asked why. They said that I appeared to look younger. Thank you, Janice, for your expertise and kindness. You truly love what you do, and it shows. Thank you all for a wonderful experience. Rum
