It was a little chaotic when I arrived and I did not have an appointment. I was asked if I minded waiting for a minute until another person arrived. I have to say I was accommodated as soon as was possible and the two women who were taking care of guests were unbelievably lovely and nice and friendly. The two of them could honestly teach a class on customer service. Thank you for taking such good care.

Boris, Katherine and Kelsey were each and all very professionally pleasant, prepped and patient. It was my third arrival for the initial consultation, and they flowed it seamlessly. Boris did the initial filler, while Katherine did the in-depth assessment. Kelsey synced the visit with a complimentary session of Red Light Therapy, which was immensely enjoyed. Afterwards, Boris and the New hire shared all the details of each membership option and encouraged us to take advantage of the celebratory offerings. Although the activities were steady, the environment remained relaxed, and the attendants didn't seem busy and thus provided coutoured attention. Overall, pleasant visit, which will lead to a membership for Mom, and an upcoming birthday treat for the gen Z.
