The team here, especially Kyle and Mike, is really friendly and helpful. There is a good selection of machines, weights, and other equipment. There are also other great amenities such as the red light booth, massage chairs, smoothie bar, and more!

Staff was very nice and knowledgeable. I was introduced to Mike and he showed me around and took time to show me how to use the equipment. Debra the Zumba instructor…I have no words. I’ve had a few strokes and she worked with me. I felt like my old self upon leaving the class. Can’t wait to go back.
