The fitness classes are a good work out. My favorite is the yoga classes. I have increased my flexibility and my back feels better after I have done it. I always like using the equipment and the weights. It makes me change up my work out and do different things to challenge myself.
Had Right Knee totally replaced 2 1/2 years ago. After that heeled and was able to walk around went in and had Reverse left Shoulder replaced 4 months ago. Joined Retro Fitness because of all the Machines/wirkout equipment available. Every muscle you can think of there is a particular apparatus that can work on that muscle. Overall Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of the equipment. Also, having a Protein Bar available is fricken awesome. CAF 26MAR25.
