I love the people and the staff is great. I go to the retro in Clark, because the people that I have met through the years are wonderful. The morning crew is like one big family. The only problem is that the back room is dirty. After I put my mat down, I then proceed to blow the dust bunnies away. I then try to make sure i'm far enough away from the the ceiling vent so that i don't get drippped on. The one vent has been dripping whenever it rains or snows for as long as i can remember.

Retro Fitness is always clean. The people that work there are very friendly and helpful. The one time I did have a complaint a manager called me to discuss my issue. That has never happened to me before. My issue was addressed quickly.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Fellow gymgoers are mostly courteous towards one another despite some occasional equipment hogs and some few people who don’t bother to wipe down the bench or machine they just used.
