A nice facility at a convenient location(Concord Pike). The staff is very friendly as you enter and they seem to enjoy what they are doing. Everything you need for a good workout at reasonable price.

There was an issue with the gym opening late in the morning in the fall of last year... I reached out to Retro and they promised me they were getting things under control and it hasn't been an issue again. I really appreciated how willing they were to listen to me and how they made things right.

The staff are very welcoming and call you by name. The trainers (I've had 3 so far) are excellent, very knowledgeable, and very accommodating. The equipment is varied to the point where you can do the same exercise in several different positions. The gym is clean and uncluttered. It is a pleasant place to work out.
