From the moment you walk in you feel welcome and like family. It is like working out with all of your best friends. Great equipment that's is always in working order. Gym is perfectly maintained. They have competitions on occasion which all have great turn outs. They have a fantastic training program, with NO CONTRACTS!! I have two trainers there that I love-Dani and Jenn. Come out and check it - I know you will become family too. Best gym around in my opinion.
