Nice place. Reasonable price. Can't really complain. Not super jam packed, which is nice. Staffs nice. Maintained pretty clean. Nobody is screaming or grunting while lifting. Helps keep my mind pretty clear as long as I have headphones.

Retro is clean, professionally managed and affordable. The equipment is generally well-kept and if broken, fixed quickly. The majority of the staff are friendly. However, one employee who works at the front-desk is not. He lacks customer service skills, doesn't greet members and spends most of his time looking at his phone. He even ignores you if you stand at the desk waiting to purchase an item or a smoothie. Other that the one front-desk person, Retro is a great place to work out. Despite customer service being in short order these days, Retro is highly recommended!

I've been coming here for almost three years now, and I have to say it's one of my favorite gyms I've ever been to. Friendly staff, equipment is always in great shape, if there's an issue it's addressed quickly, and overall just a solid space. 10/10 would recommend if you're someone who likes to work out but doesn't like the "bro culture" that sometimes comes with gyms. This place is very welcoming and supportive.
