Very clean friendly atmosphere good equipment only thing I’d expect and would really appreciate would be a flat plate load bench Howell has one and many people actually visit that location purposely for use of it I have injuries that limit my range of motion free weights have become a past memory of mine sadly maybe someone will see this who has control on getting one for us to enjoy Ty

Long time Retro Freehold member. Like that more classes have been added, including bringing back yoga. Especially true for my wife. Clean, well kept & with a positive vibe I enjoy hitting the facility 5-6 times a week. 8 AM weekday spin is especially appealing to me. Great gym with a great experience. Kristen keeps the place running like a Swiss watch.
