The staff there are energetic and motivated. They greet everyone that walks in with a “WELCOME BACK”! They are on top with cleaning. I don’t think a paper towel lasts even 1 minute on the floor before a staff member notices and picks up. There are lots of machines to use upstairs and downstairs, and there is even a lot of extra areas for members to stretch or even do workouts in without being on top of other people. It is also wall to wall with mirrors that always shine! Great job Retro of Freeport!

Plenty of space around equipment. I’d like a better men’s room. The urinal is trash and the toilet he’s very slow even if you use the plunger. The bench seat in the men’s room also could stand to be changed out, it’s dirty looking. Good job on recent improvements.
