Staff is very friendly and very helpful. There is a large number of machines, and different machines to choose from, all in good working order. The locker room is clean, and the showers are convenient. I've been a client there for almost 20 years, that says it all.

The staff is amazing. Getting to the gym at 4:40 AM and being greeted by Wayne can make anyone start their day with a smile. Training with JC is an experience everyone should have. His encouragement and enthusiasm makes me and my husband jump up out of bed 4:20 to train with JC Lastly, the Zen Room. After our morning greeting and great workout, Wayne has the chairs ready for us to rejuvenate for the rest of the day

It has all the equipment I need and the staff is friendly. Especially Wayne he’s the best! I wish you guys updated your spin bikes they are outdated and when its busy it’s hard to find one that works properly.

Staff is wonderful and beyond helpful. Equipment is great. I mostly take classes and all the instructors are outstanding. Silly little thing to point out here but I think is very important: the temperature in all of the spaces is always great, winter or summer; it’s always comfortable. I can’t recommend it enough. Five stars!
