Lauren, the manager, took the time to ask about my goals and suggested that I use a trainer. I'm now working with Wayne who is motivating, positive, provides guidance and encourages me throughout each training session. Every gym visit leaves me stronger, happier, and more confident. The staff is friendly, approachable, and always ready to help. The entire experience is making my fitness and weight loss journey not just doable, but enjoyable. This gym isn’t just a place to work out—it’s a place to thrive. I highly recommend this gym!

I like the updates that have been happening recently to some of the equipment and the facility. I also never feel any real bullying type of behavior, even though there are some serious lifters there. No cliquish behavior that I've seen. What I would love, even though it may mean more expense for the gym, would be someone who circulates around the machines to make sure people are doing it right. Not an individual personal trainer but someone who is available to everyone. This would be an amazing value add. It shouldn't be anyone too peppy or aggressive, someone who can sort of read the situation and can tell if the person could use a hand or some encouragement but not bother people who aren't into that.
