Actually, I wanted to put a zero because of a recent experience, but decided that wouldn't be fair. Until this experience, everything was fine. BUT for a while, at least a week or so, there has been no hand sanitizer. I was told "We're working on it, use the wipes." Several days. Okay, I wasn't happy, but made do with the wipes. Then within the last week (I forget what day) there was no hand sanitizer AND NO WIPES. Really? With a deadly (I'm over 70) virus sweeping the world and schools, etc. shutting down? Meantime, Shop Rite had a huge bin full of disinfectant wipe dispensers. I know, because I had bought several. And no, I'm not bringing in my own wipes to clean equipment that probably nobody else had wiped down because the gym had no wipes. If people were taking too many wipes (as in taking them home) the wipes could have been kept up on the counter. Hopefully the problem has been corrected. I won't know for a while, because I'm better off not coming in anyway. I'll walk outside, climb the stairs in my house, whatever. I did a 60 second plank this morning. And my guy said I was straight. Don't worry, I won't drop my membership; I don't want you going out of business over a pandemic. Besides, I'll need you when it gets cold again. Presumably sometime...although with climate change, you never know....
Staff is friendly and helpful so great job on that. Place is organized and seems to be well run.
Fans are not always on in the freeweight area. I think most people working out like the airflow to cool them down and get rid of the sweat filled air. I don't like always having to ask the staff to turn the fans on.
It would be nice if there was another squat rack. Two racks just doesn't cut it. I know space is limited, but maybe there is a way to improve this? I mean, no one really uses the decline bench right?
