You guys have been doing a great job at the facility. However, could you please remind other members to limit on using their cellphone/ talking on the phone during their workouts. Also, could you get the 44 machine fixed? It’s been broken for 3 months now. Thanks 😊

Retro Fitness of Hillsborough is always clean, and the staff are friendly. I only use the treadmills, and never have a problem finding one available. My only wish would be that staff would monitor patrons having phone conversations on the floor......On more than one occasion, I've been near a patron having a very loud phone conversation, and have had to blast my headphones to drown them out.

Taylor & the front desk staff are very cordial. Taylor is especially engaging & willing to help. Still need to stay on top of equipment better. It takes too long for repairs and some pieces are beyond that point & need to be replaced (the battle rope is an example).

My experience has been amazing. I’d submitted feedback, suggesting that the showers could do with some hooks to hang clothes and i immediately heard back from the manager who was spoke with me and assured me she’s getting the hooks installed!! I haven’t ever experienced quicker implementation of feedback and to take my comments positively. Thanks Eileen!

I really like Retro fitness. I love the zen lounge with massage chair.I think the tanning both is useless. I think they should add a Sauna.
