The staff are friendly and helpful. The equipment is well maintained. However the treadmills are often out of service. Considering the amount of use they get, that's not surprising. Over all, everything is in good condition.

I like the family experience that everyone I have come in contact with is friendly and helpful. The instructors and trainers have been great and the other members. My past 2 visits have been different with the closing of the rockaway location. The atmosphere has shifted some. The regular people are all the same and i still love them but the newer people have been pushy and rude.
