Do not allow members to bring cell phones onto workout floor. The hold up machines while playing on their Cell Phone. Add Nutrition class to your schedule. Member who work out sometimes do not know how to eat right. This can be a chargeable class once a week. Thanks for all you do to keep us fit.

Lacy retro fitness is an awesome club. There’s a wide variety machines and good selection of free weights and different bars so you can hit muscle groups in a wide verity of ways. The staff is friendly and always there to help.

I like Retro fitness because the staff is extremely friendly. They have everything that you need there., it’s never so crowded that you can’t train machines are always working and it’s very clean. Parking lot is excellent. There’s always a spot.

Like the classes - it’s why I joined. HOWEVER, there remains a problem with temperature control in the group exercise room. It is usually either too cold or too hot. One instructor in particular seems to think that the temp should be sauna-like during his very challenging class. That’s dangerous to the class participants. He’s been asked adjust the temp to a somewhat cooler but safer level, but has refused.

The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The gym is always clean and the equipment is well taken care of. If a machine is out of order, it gets fixed in a timely manner. I throughly enjoy starting my day with a workout at Retro.
