General cleanliness is much improved. Nice job to staff. Please consider putting deodorant cakes in men’s urinals. The smell is strong. Still need to rewrap the handles on damaged machine grips. The staff is very engaging and welcoming. Atmosphere is very positive.

The staff is polite and friendly. The shakes and smoothies hit just right. They maintain their equipment. The only complaint i have is not about retro but some of the members like to sit on the equipment and look at their phone instead of getting on with it. Other than that it is a great gym!

Please improve the ventilation upstairs. With all that cardio equipment it’s required to be cooler. Also, all the fans on the equipment must work. 2 of the XT 4700 ellipticals have fans that don’t work for over a year now. Therefore folks only go for the one that does work. It’s really don’t that difficult, don’t you have a contract for repairs. I’ve reported these concerns multiple times too.

The classes are really nice and that's what keeps me coming back. I originally had Bayville as my home gym. Lacey needs more 10 & 12 pound weights in the workout room where the classes are held. Additional 15+ weights would be nice as well. The ladies in these classes are getting stronger and we are having to borrow weights from another attendee or go out into the floor and get weights.

I love that this location offers classes. The new equipment in the front or the gym is very nice as well and there are plenty of cardio machines to use.
