I've been a member for over a year. This is the first gym I've ever been to. The staff at Rertro Fitness Lake Howell immediately made me feel welcome. Being a "noobie" meant I had a list of questions and insecurities. The staff at Retro Fitness Lake Howell took the time to explain a proper starting point for me and laid out a fitness plan that wasn't a bunch of "fitness fads" but were & have been consistent and custom fit to my needs. The smoothie bar is great for after a hard working & the equipment is better than anything I've seen. I want to thank Retro Fitness Lake Howell for not just being a gym. Not just having trainer's who don't pay attention to your personal needs but for being friendly, curtious attentive and for helping me to get in shape in a great environment. Sincerely, Nathan H.
