I like that the staff is courteous and the machines meet my needs. However, the problem of people sitting on one-of-a-kind machines texting and reading articles from their phones remains a problem. There are times I want to use a machine and there's someone sitting there reading his phone longer than a minute or two. A sign on the wall informing people to be courteous regarding that is long overdue.
