It's not a fancy club, but it has a wide array of exercise equipment and weights. There are studio rooms for classes and privacy. The club is reasonably clean. The staff is friendly and there is ample parking. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a health club in the East Stroudsburg area.

Pros: It's never overcrowded Nice variety of weights and machines Staff is great Reasonable operating hours Nice variety of protein shakes Cons: Some machines could be upgraded When machines, lockers, and/or toilets break, it takes too long to repair them Can use another Pec Dec machine. This machine is heavily used and people are always waiting for it Half of the treadmills and ellipticals are broken The towel dispensers could be relocated into more accessible areas. For some of them you need to squeeze between machines (that people are using) to get to them
