The staff is very helpful. I am a bit verically challenged and had a shoulder and knee replacement. They are always helpful when I need some assistance setting up equipment. Easy to access and nice variety of equipment
It is a friendly and accessible gym for people of all ages. Occasionally, some equipment falls into disrepair and remains that way for a period of time. I also wish they had another recumbent bicycle; there is only one very good one. Otherwise, I love this gym.
I see that some of the machines have been refurbished (the cracked vinyl), but one machine is chronically broken, I’ve brought it to the attention of staff several times— the big red knob on the lat pull back machine in front of the the mirror wall next to the fly machine. A permanent fix is needed.
The cleanliness of the men’s toilets has improved.
It's a decent club. Like any other fitness club, you run into inconsiderate people who hog machines by taking long rests or just sitting on them gazing into their phones. The club is clean and the staff is really nice. If a machine (especially those with cables) breaks, it requires an outside repair person that can take sometimes weeks. And they pretty much have everything for strength training or aerobic workouts. I would recommend the club.
I've got a slight handicap.
The woman behind the front counter was able to notice it and she immediately worked through it with me.
She is there early in the morning.
She made me immediately feel welcome. You are lucky to have employees like that in your company.
Marshall’s Creek Retro Fitness is rarely busy making it very easy to get your workout done. A lot of great members in the community, full of support and motivation.
