Machine and equipment selection is incredible, the employees are helpful and chill, and the majority of the community there is super supportive and kind. My biggest complaint is one particular member (I think his name is Frank). Every time I've seen him at Retro, I've witnessed him directly approach minors and attempt to strike up converstion with them in an uncomfortable manner. I myself have been approached by him multiple time for absolutely no reason; while his intent seems harmless (what's so bad about him asking how old I am, and if I'm at the gym alone today,) he still creates an uncomfortable environment for me and other minor members.
