The atmosphere because the people who work out there aren't there for show, or because it's trendy. They are serious about health but also friendly when approached for help. There's a good amount of free weights and machines and the machines are usually working well.

The video screens on the treadmills are in need of attention and one seems to be somewhat unsteady. The leg press machine is out of service twice within about six months. No other complaints. All other equipment is in good condition.

my gym is quiet,and well suited for an older crowd in the morning. Most times you will be able to access any machine of your choice.

I love Retro Fitness.As soon as you walk in there you see the sames people, everyone is so friendly and we all say hi to each other .The gym is very clean, bathrooms are so clean.The protein shakes are Yummy .I wouldn't go anywhere else.Roger, Stella , Lynn and Alan are so nice and always there to help .

The gym is convenient and practical. The equipment is mostly well maintained and functioning. It does get a bit crowded on occasion but is typically offer a comfortable space. The temperature control is sometimes a bit frustrating as i find it too hot and steamy often, even in the winter. Overall I am enjoying my experience at Retro and am pleased with the gym, it's staff, and fellow members.
