Retro Fitness in Middletown is an excellent place to exercise. Extremely clean facilities with many pieces of equipment to choose from. Friendly and pleasant atmosphere to workout in. I highly recommend this facility if you are looking for a great place to exercise.

Nice place to work out. Equipment is well maintained considering the amount of use it gets. Would appreciate if someone could inspect the chest press machine. It is hard to push the two 5 pound add-on weights back up to their storage position. Maybe some silicone spray on the spindles might do the job of making them glide easier.
