Retro Fitness is the place to be if you're taking your time to improve and reach your goal. Everyone interest is the same , there's no better than the other. I love that they have silver sneakers classes, incorporating and allowing all age group to keep moving . The establishment is always clean. The staff is definitely on your side with encouragement. A wonderful put together establishment.

I go to retro fitness for The Silver Sneakers classes for Seniors. The instructor, Andrea, is excellent. Her choice of music makes my day, her classes are very well planned and suited to our abilities. She remembers all our names. I haven't tried any of the other machines or classes that Retro Fitness offers but I like that Bonnie is always welcoming when I come in and that the facility is clean.
