The staff at Retro Fitness, New City is friendly, professional and helpful. They greet the clients when we enter and acknowledge our leaving by saying "have a good day/evening". The hours are vast so you can exercise nearly almost any time of the day or evening. The gym is clean and there is always an ample supply of paper towels and cleaning solutions to disinfect the equipment before and after use. The atmosphere is pleasant and you are not made to feel self-conscious that you are not as "athletic looking" as some clients are. I need to "cash in" on some of the Retro Fitness points I have accrued over time. That's another nice perk !

The Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The Gym is kept clean and well stocked with anything you may need for the total gym experience. From machines to classes, private lessons and more. They have it all. I’m so glad I joined over 2 years ago.
