I absolutely love being the member of this gym. From the moment I walk in, I am always greeted with warmth and positivity, which makes a huge difference in starting my workout on the right note. The staff creates such a welcoming atmosphere that it truly feels like set of family and friends than just a gym. The equipment is clean and well maintained and there's always a great variety for every type of workout. Whether it's strength training, cardio or functional fitness, everything I need is available. One of the biggest advantage is the convenient hours. Having access to the GYM during the the early hours of operations makes it so much easier to stay consistent with workouts even with a busy schedule. Overall this gym exceeds expectations in every way - friendly people, variety of equipment, clean facility and flexibility that fits real life. I personally recommend it to everyone looking for a motivating and supportive place to do regular workouts. Thanks

I like the fact that the classes are small and the gym is always clean and the members are good about cleaning after themselves. There are always cleaning supplies to make sure we leave the equipment ready for other members. I would really appreciate more classes in order to have variety.
