Staff is awesome. Equipment is just what you need. Best gym money can buy.
However, I wish you would go back to your old point system. It is great motivation. A check - in point a day keeps the doctor away .
I’ve really enjoyed my experience overall, but I would like to share a small concern. About a month ago, the reception staff—particularly the younger team members—were very friendly, attentive, and always greeted guests in a warm and empathetic way. It made a noticeable difference.
Recently, I’ve noticed a change in the atmosphere. Some of the current staff do not make eye contact, greet guests, or seem as engaged, and at times appear distracted by their phones or seated behind the desk.
I share this feedback with the best intentions, as I truly appreciate the environment and hope the welcoming essence that stood out before can be maintained.
Thank you
So far everything is going well. Every time i go in and leave the gym, Justin or JC is there to greet my wife and I. Both gentlemen are respectful and kind. Thank you fellas!
Location to home
Clients are nice
The woman who runs it is amazing as is Luke
The parking around the building area is not good and the county should do something about it
Retro Fitness has a warm and friendly and welcome atmosphere. Upon entry to the gym one finds greetings with a smile. A request is gladly fulfilled if reasonable.
Retro is a happy place to be.
There’s rarely a wait for equipment, and the gym is clean and welcoming.
Parking is a huge issue. There is not enough, and exiting the parking lot is very dangerous, especially when there’s an illegally parked car immediately to the right of the exit, which is often.
I stopped going 2 years ago because everything was old and ran down. I started to go again recently and love it. I go with my daughter and it's such a better place. New equipment and so much cleaner. Staff is helpful and nice.
