The facility is light & bright and always clean. Staff and members are friendly. They have all the equipment you need. I train with Suzanne but there are other trainers to available to work with you.

Well I'm speaking expressly about the Retro Fitness in Park Slope. It has both a parking lot and an elevator. Which for me is Very Critical. I'm handicapped in that my lungs are damaged and I can't do much for too long as Well as arthritis. So Every bit of Breathing and movements I can save let's me manage my time well. The Gym is Big, Well Equipped and the Employees are Friendly and Helpful. The Overall Atmosphere is Awesome ‼️

I recently took a Disney Cruise & found the management of every aspect of the ship was spectacular. The crew, staff & every employee were professional, courteous, knowledgeable & wouldn't hesitate to go the "extra mile". I'd say it's the Gold Standard. Retro Gym/Park Slope is clean, well equipped, a courteous & trained staff, almost the equal of Disney. That's saying a lot. Ray
