Wilson and his staff are great. They make the place and are very helpful. The openness of the gym area is a plus. What is needed to improve would be the TVs and its reception and the repairs on the gym equipment should be done quicker. Hopefully these will be taken care of because it is a very good gym. Bob G.

Love the gym-it has its modern appeal to working out but also has a throw back to the old iron days. For me it checks off all the boxes. Only one down side-the mens bathroom is nasty-equivalent to the Bronx zoo on a hot summer day

The Manager at Retro Fitness in Port Jeff Station, Wilson, is very approachable, takes time with clients, and he's very "hands-on" when it comes to the upkeep of the establishment. The facility is always clean or being cleaned and the maintenance of the equipment seems to be a priority. i am very happy with my experience so far.

I’ve been a member for a number of years and the gym has always been updated with the latest gym equipment, the gym is always clean as are the bathrooms. They have all different classes members can take. And there are always staff and gym members willing to help you.

The staff is always extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The facility has great machines, and I rarely feel like I'm waiting for a machine or weight. I never feel intimidated by my fellow patrons, and the prices are great!
