There was a point when some of the machines were down, and I notified the manager. He immediately took initiative to ensure everything was inspected and working properly again. That’s what I call top tier service. The gym may not be the biggest or fanciest, but the customer care provided by the team is what keeps me coming back. They make you feel heard whenever there’s an inconvenience, and it shows in everything from the customer service to the cleanliness to the overall safety of the environment.
