I like how the workers let you work out and do not bother you about every little thing. I like how notices are put up promptly when machines do not work. I like how they greet us at the door.

I’ve been coming to Retro Fitness for a while and always have a great experience. The gym has a welcoming atmosphere, plenty of equipment, and everything I need for both strength training and cardio. The staff is friendly and helpful, and I appreciate having a comfortable place where I can stay consistent, challenge myself, and enjoy my workouts. Definitely happy to be back! 💪

What I appreciate most about Retro Fitness in Rego Park is the strong sense of community. The staff, members, and General Manager all know one another, and there is always a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere toward the members. At the same time, I believe a little more attention could be given to the maintenance of the equipment and, especially, the cleanliness and hygiene of the restrooms, particularly in the men’s area. I feel this area would benefit from some additional care and more consistent attention. I understand that members do not always cooperate and that cleanliness can sometimes be affected by their behavior. However, I believe it would be helpful to occasionally remind members of their responsibility to keep the restrooms clean and encourage everyone to do their part in maintaining a clean and pleasant environment for all.
