I love the group classes but the room needs more equipment, new mats and new 10 lb weights! Also when we do yoga the front desk staff are told they cannot turn the heat up for the restorative yoga and it needs to be warm for that class and they say they can’t turn it up because the room is rented for a dance instructor and she complains that the class is too warm for her and her students, but I say we are the members and the room should be comfortable for us!! Maybe they need to change the time she rents the room for it to cool down for them. The front desk staff can be a little abrupt when we ask them to do anything for us, which is highly annoying. But most of them are very nice Tract and Abby are very pleasant.

I appreciate all the morning classes, especially Sandy's classes.
It's a little difficult to find the class sign in page from the website.
Some of the class instructors arrive late and don't start the class right away when they arrive.
I appreciate any explanation related to the exercise that we are doing but not
BS talk. I don't appreciate waiting for the next movement while the instructor BSs.
Sabrina talks too much about unrelated things.

I already had recommended it to several people I had met. And I know of one for sure she had signed in two years ago or so.
I like your program and classes. The instructors are nice.
Now what I do not like, I had asked for it at least twice, but no positive response and actions about it.
I had asked to put a sign up on the Sauna, with the request to ask your members to take the shoes off before entering the Sauna. So my impressions is, you do not care about a small request. Sauna is a detox tool for beauty and health; people should be not be entered with dirty shoes and cloth. (But who cares?) Bacteria ate carried into the Sauna. (For Hygiene: People take off their shoes, when they enter their home)
Maybe reading about the use of the Sauna in Europe could help educate; and placing a sign regarding it next to the door of the Sauna. Telling the positive benefits of going into the Sauna and the cleansing aspect of it while detoxing the body. (And: Taking off the shoes before entering the Sauna")
Further. I saw your news, new members are paying less than I do for the membership.
I would like to have that for myself too.
