Al is exceptional. He addresses concerns and needs. He greets clients by name! Overall a gym is a gym and Retro is no different! I don't know what the professional cleaning schedule is, but often the appearance could use Mr. Clean.

I appreciate the personal training I'm able to receive with Tim, who is very knowledgeable and has worked with my physical therapist to meet my needs. I've also enjoyed getting to know several other women who regularly exercise there and we encourage each other to keep up our exercise routine. Everyone at the front desk is very friendly and helpful as well.

The gym is not overwhelming, but has all of the equipment you would need. Everything is clean and well-kept, although a few of the machines are out-of-order. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Tim Branagan is an excellent personal trainer - extremely knowlegeable, very personable and his instruction is super helpful. I'm having a great gym experience at Retro Fitness.

We joined Retro Fitness a couple of months ago. We are an active senior couple new to using a gym such as Retro Fitness. We felt it was important to get professional advice before working out with the machines, weights and other equipment. We also wanted to develop a training program that makes sense for our lifestyle. We are very pleased and impressed with our personal trainer, Tim Branagan's knowledge, expertise and the respect he has shown us. Tim has an easy going nature and is very personable. He has evaluated and guided us through training and teaching us how to use the various pieces of equipment while stressing safety. The gym is clean and the staff is friendly. The equipment is impressive and we have never felt intimidated using any of it particularly because of Tim. We feel comfortable going to Retro Fitness because it is not overwhelming in size and it has everything we want. Retro also offers wellness services and a smoothie bar. We are happy to say that we are glad we made the choice to join Retro Fitness. Great job Tim and staff! Rosalind and Clark
