Staff is attentive and friendly, the actual facilities could use a little upgrade or refresh. What about Bicycle parking so that I don't have to drive? Cycle to and from the Gym would really change the workout. Regards

Good gym, I like the renovations that are happening in my primary gym. My schedule changes at times and I do travel so I am sometimes erratic when I can make it.
