The employees are really nice. The gym is very clean, I see cleaning staff there daily doing a nice job. The only thing I wish members are more considerate. They typically are not.

The entire staff is extremely friendly, helpful and customer service oriented. My only comment would be directed toward fellow members. If staff could only effect some gym etiquette; the entitlement and subsequent lack of club rule enforcement diminish an otherwise positive experience.

I like the layout of the equipment, floor plan and equipment location works. I would have given a 10, but I would love it if instead of the spray bottles you provided wipes like other gyms. in addition, it's time to upgrade the matts.
