Although the movie room could use some dusting on the treadmills, i still found peace in there lol. Everyone is kind and friendly, there’s enough equipment to get your workout complete without hassle. Theres a convenient bar for all of your drinks and shakes and might I add the drinks are quite tasty. I would definitely recommend this gym whether you’re a beginner or an all out gym fanatic!

It's close to my home, generally affordable, and has everything I need in a gym including a heavy bag, which most don't provide unless you're signed up for some aerobic boxing classes or similar.

Place is Not TOO Big or Not TOO Small either. Not a rowdy place. People working for the place are very friendly and decent. That's why I am there since almost 14/15/16 (I don't know how many) years !! Thanks folks. Keep up with your wonderful service. May Lord Bless You.
