Since I live in Givens Estates there are numerous exercise programs but I'm a Zumbaholic and I love Rico, Curtis and Jocelyn! They get me moving and smiling and my endorphins pumping like nothing else can do!

Love the variety! I do wish Sunday hours started before 11am. Also, smaller weight free weights seem to end up in classrooms and not available outside of classes.

I came only once, after participating in a Habitat for Humanity house build, and I needed a shower and change of clothes before going to a class. The front desk was so welcoming and kind and helpful, and the women’s locker room was clean and spacious and had everything I needed: shower, clean curtains, good water pressure, bench right outside and hooks!! They said goodbye when I left! So nice. If it were closer to home that’s where I’d go.
