I purchased 2 bicycles remotely for family who live nearby. The staff was very courteous, knowledgeable, and so helpful during the phone call, and equally so when family picked the bikes up. I especially liked the service I got from Trey. I was on a bike ride and my back tire went flat and I was able to bring my bike in immediately and get it fixed. I don't know anyone else that would ever have done that.
