After a ride to Kneeland Airport I realized part of my attachment fell off my fork to my speedometer. Thanksgiving eve at 3p, still open after I called. I brought her in and they said the piece broke off. Gave me my options. I chose the in stock item. They took my bicycle right away and installed it within 10 min. Friendly, curious, had the item I desired in stock, reasonably priced installation, and did it right there on the spot. I thought I was going to have to leave her. Oh, and he even looked up my old item in case it was under warranty and flint it- 7 years old! Fabulous service! Old fashion values! Absolutely love Revolution Bikes!

Your staff always explain exactly what is going on with my bike in terms I can understand. I don’t need to worry about treated poorly or like I’m ignorant because of my gender. The rates you charge are completely reasonable and your work is guaranteed. Thank you for being a great community shop!
