Had a great experience! The staff were genuinely friendly and took the time to walk me through the different types of cycles, helping me find the one that best suited my needs. They have a great collection of accessories as well. What stood out to me the most was that even though I was purchasing under the Bike to Work scheme, I never felt pressured to buy any extras. The team was informative, supportive, and respectful of my choices. The entire process—from selection to collection—was seamless, with excellent communication throughout. Would definitely recommend!
