It's clean, bright and open. The large walking track is excellent. Asia is out on the floor walking, talking and helping members and instructors and she's great. One negative is that the front desk frequently has people they're helping with an issue are standing in front of the desk blocking people who are needing to check in for a class and it causes a bottleneck. If they would ask them to move over to the side of the desk to resolve the issue and keep the front check in flowing it would help.

The atmosphere at the Reynoldsburg Y is always fun, loving and welcoming! The group fitness classes are great especially the Zumba classes! I am person about community and this Y definitely has it.

I wish some of your guys’ staff were more friendly and unbiased towards the people from the immigrant communities. Once I had asked one of your staff (a black young woman) if we would be able to charge a Tesla at the electronic car charger at your facilities

The variety of different classes I can sign up for as well as the paid classes I can pay to join. This will be my first time signing up for a paid class and I hope I can sign up quick enough. I really want to do the water aerobics and also the swim lessons this session coming up. I also like that I can go to any YMCA.
