My husband and I brought our road/mountain bikes in for some maintenance and we received a tremendous amount of help from the staff! Ian was great - he convinced me not to abandon the tubeless set-up in my tires and fixed what had been an overlooked hole near the tube valve. He took care of my mountain bike and had it ready within a few hours. He spent a lot of time helping me make adjustments that have made riding my bike waaaay more comfortable!

I purchased my bike there with the help of a staff member. They were knowledgeable and based on how I described I ride they recommended a bike and it has been an amazing ride. All the work on my bike has been done there and I’ve always received excellent service.
