I am a long time customer and have bought several bikes at Rhythm. I've always received excellent service and attention to detail there. Yesterday was no different. The rear shifter on my road bike was not shifting well from large cogs to smaller ones .Mike knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it overnight. I got out for a ride on the bike today and it is shifting perfectly once again. Thanks Mike! And thanks Rhythm Bikes!

Very friendly and caring. Took a lot of time to help me unload the bike when I dropped it off and reload the bike into my car when picking up (no small feat since it was a heavy ebike). When packing the repaired bike in my car, the technician even buffered my bike with a cleaning towel to make sure it wouldn't damage my car trunk window. They also explained everything in detail which made me feel good and confident about the services. Thank you!

The customer service at rhythm bikes is the best! I have bought multiple bikes in the east bay and I prefer them because they are trustworthy and are helpful. A lot of other bike shops are very condescending when asked questions about bikes and it makes me feel like a nuisance. Rhythm bikes helps me understand how these bikes work and the maintenance required. I will buy all my bikes from there.

C'mon... it really doesn't get better than this shop. Lots of characters/personalities, but bottom-line, they get it done every time. New bike purchases/warranty work/repairs- they have it all in the bag. I feel really privileged to have such a competent team right in my backyard. Chad and Alex have been great to work with over the years.
