Amazing trustworthy staff with fantastic customer service.

Great customer service and knowledge from your mechanics!

This shop is both friendly and professional. I brought in my 15-year-old Specialized for a tune-up. It had a number of issues, from a shaky bottom bracket to shift glitches. As promised, they sent me a detailed quote and got confirmation for purchase of new brake pads and other parts. Within a reasonable time, about a week, I got my bike back. Significant time was required and the price was appropriate to the size of the job. When the shop's mechanic wheeled it out, my old Specialized looked like new. I own three bikes and Rhythm is now my go-to repair shop.

Super knowledgeable and helpful! Alex went the extra mile to make sure I got my bike fixed and back before an upcoming trip, checking in for approvals along the way. I can always trust that repairs will be done honestly and well.

Friendly, knowledable, and efficient.

Excellent LBS to have in our neighborhood. Despite the busy season, they'll do their best to squeeze you in to get you back on the trail.
