The Rythm team are not only experts on bicycles, they’re also experts in costumer service. The whole purchase experience was very personalized and did not feel rushed in any way; the team took their time in showing us options and going through the fit and function of the bike when it was delivered. The time from ordering to delivery was incredibly fast, my son was out riding in one short week from when we put in the order. Couldn’t be happier with our purchase.
