Great service from the team at Rhythm Bikes. I took my Trek e-bike into them after I'd crashed it (luckily the bike suffered more than I did!). Ian and Jessie were excellent - diagnosed what was required, tracked down difficult to source parts and put it back together as good as new! They are really knowledgeable and top people! Definitely will be going back - they are my Go-To guys for everything bike related!

You guys carry great products and really know your stuff—but more than that, you’re just easy to be around. No ego, no weird bike shop energy—just super friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. You take the time to explain things and make sure people actually understand what they’re getting into. Really appreciated working with Ian on my new bike—he helped me dial everything in and gave thoughtful recommendations right where I was on the fence. Made the whole process feel easy and solid.
