Pick up my bike after putting for a bike tune up. The staff person notice my bike stem was crickets, my brake levers was too steep, and my shocks need to be tweak. The staff went out there way to fix those problems. Make the services experience really great.

I was having a problem with my chain dropping. I brought the bike in without calling ahead and they had time to look at my bike. They noticed a couple of other issues with it, and I was able to get it fixed and on my way in a short period of time. The cost was reasonable as well. I am new to the area and I will definitely be making the shop my go to resource.

This shop is both friendly and professional. I brought in my 15-year-old Specialized for a tune-up. It had a number of issues, from a shaky bottom bracket to shift glitches. As promised, they sent me a detailed quote and got confirmation for purchase of new brake pads and other parts. Within a reasonable time, about a week, I got my bike back. Significant time was required and the price was appropriate to the size of the job. When the shop's mechanic wheeled it out, my old Specialized looked like new. I own three bikes and Rhythm is now my go-to repair shop.
